Rain has been involved in the mobile payments and services industry for 12 years, being one of the early pioneers while co-founding Fortumo's parent company Mobi Solutions back in 2000. As a founder of Fortumo, Rain deals with strategic development and key partnerships. Rain holds an MBA in Entrepreneurship and Technology Management from University of Tartu. He is also active in the startup community, being one of the initiators of Garage48 bootcamp-style startup events. While not at a meeting or at the office, you can catch Rain running on a nearby trail, chasing sunrise with a camera at Yosemite or traveling with his family somewhere in the Middle East.

As a CRO Martin helps online and mobile game developers to maximize their revenue with mobile payments. He brings 7 years of management, sales and marketing experience from different start-ups to Fortumo. Martin holds a MSc in Marketing and Business Administration from University of Tartu and he is frequently speaking at industry events. On those rare occasions when Martin isn't working, he's reading short stories or teaching his "slightly" hyperactive Jack Russel terrier some new tricks.

With his 10+ years of background in working with mobile operators in regions as diverse as Europe, Middle East, Asia and Latin America, Gerri is an experienced manager and business developer. In Fortumo, he is responsible managing sales to strategic customers as well as handling carrier relations. Gerri has received MSc in BA from Stockholm School of Economics in Riga and in MBA in Technology Management from Tartu University. Gerri's is also an avid sportsman who knows how to set goals and to fulfil them - he runs and skis marathons both in summer and winter and one day plans to get through the ultimate endurance challenge - Ironman triathlon.
